As you can see from this block diagram, the system on module of DSGW-040-7 adopts MediaTek’s MT7620 platform, and runs OpenWrt operating system, with RAM 128 MB and Flash 16MB. A Zigbee module, a BLE module, a Z-Wave module, and a BG96 module (can be changed into BG91 if you need). There is also a LAN and a WAN port. You can choose preferred module and remove unnecessary modules to lower the cost, if it enters into mass production phase. ODM supported!

How to Set up DSGW-040-7 Wireless Router Gateway?

Boot up the router gateway

When power is inserted, both the green and yellow LEDs will illuminate. Wait until the yellow LED turns off and the green LED starts blinking. Once the green LED remains lit, the gateway has successfully booted up.

Reset the gateway

Perform a reset function by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds. This action will erase all matched information.

Keep an eye on the LED indicators

The system initialization is indicated by a green LED light. A yellow LED light indicates that Zigbee is operational. When the gateway talks to Zigbee sensors, it blinks. The LED will likewise flicker while in pairing mode.The red LED light signifies cloud connectivity. It goes out if the gateway connects successfully.
